Job Summary
Support Coordinator role at MyIntegra involving assisting NDIS participants with implementing plans and coordinating services, maintaining compliance, building relationships with government bodies and disability groups, and promoting support coordination to Local Area Coordinators and providers. Requires empathy, strong communication and presentation skills, organizational abilities, client-focused lead development, and ability to work independently or in a team. Based in Robina, AU, with remote work and occasional client visits; must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to clients as needed. Requires Allied Health qualifications or a Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar, and NDIS Worker Screening Check plus Working with Children Check.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to clients
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator
- Allied Health qualifications or a minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar
- Experience or knowledge in complex family health issues would be beneficial
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
