Job Summary
Assist with setting up service agreements, preparing plan reviews, and conducting risk assessments. Attend care team meetings and provide critical support when issues arise. Work autonomously to plan your day, focusing on providing ready access to supports so participants can live independently and achieve their goals. This 8-month Max Term role offers flexible working arrangements and includes specialised training, regular coaching, and an experienced team. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Portfolio and Stakeholder Management
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Some understanding of the NDIS and associated legislation
- Hold current NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Check
- Hold WWCC (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain these 2 checks
- Ability to be flexible as there is no typical day in the life of a Support Coordinator
- Able to assist with the setting up of service agreements
