Job Summary
Provide frontline technical and product support to customers via live calls, email, and chat; diagnose and resolve complex product problems related to system configurations, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements; document problems and solutions for training; collaborate with product management to identify design issues; stay current on product changes and new offerings; operate in a 24x7 rotational shift; healthcare industry knowledge and international helpdesk experience are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduates with a B.com, BCA, BSc, BA (with a strong interest in computers), or related fields are encouraged to apply.
