Job Summary
Site-based Support Consultant in Fareham delivering application and systems support for NEC Public Safety DSX & Vision, incident triage, resolution, and proactive maintenance; supports MCA and other customers with remote or at-site software updates, RFC/change activities in ITIL framework, and documentation updates, with occasional travel to other sites and requirement to obtain/maintain NPPV3 and SC clearance; strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with Windows 10/Server, MSSQL, TCP/IP, and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
