Support Consultant MSP

Support Consultant MSP at Centric responsible for managing and optimizing client IT environments in a managed services setting. You’ll work with Kaseya for IT environment management and HP Web Jetadmin for print environments, monitor systems for stable performance, implement configurations and automation, analyze incidents, propose and implement solutions, collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, share expertise, document processes, and support customers in maximizing IT environment usability. The role combines technical troubleshooting, proactive monitoring, script-driven process optimization, and customer-focused service delivery, with strong emphasis on Dutch-language communication and standby readiness.
