Job Summary
Customer Support Consultant with German language to join a multicultural team. Provide efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, and e-mails, with occasional on-site events. Manage support cases by collecting relevant information per company procedures and recording in CRM; interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback as needed. Requires strong customer orientation, excellent German and English communication, problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and a focus on self-development and caring for colleagues.
