Conduct daily customer support for financial software used by local Belgian municipalities, guiding users on application usage via phone or ticketing systems. Analyze inquiries and incidents to propose efficient, sustainable solutions while collaborating with product development teams to suggest structural improvements for recurring issues. Apply accounting and fiscal expertise to ensure optimal software utilization, leveraging strong communication skills to address functional questions and strengthen service quality. Participate in a structured onboarding program covering software operations, local government processes, and financial contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Boekhouding / Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Ervaring in een servicedesk- of supportomgeving is een troef, maar geen vereiste
