Job Summary
Lead and oversee Brandtech+’s centralized global support centre, driving governance, efficiency, and scalability across IT, HR, Talent, Finance, Operations, Transformation, Data, Technology, and Training; manage a 150+ person team; implement AI-driven, automation-first practices; partner with Talent for end-to-end hiring; oversee cross-charge and cost-forecasting; provide governance, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting to enable proactive, data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT Management, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in global support/operations management
- at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing large teams across diverse functions in a global, matrix environment
- Strong expertise in IT support, backend operations, and cross-functional service delivery
