Support Center Dining Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Manager of Dining Operations is responsible for overseeing operations processes, technology improvements, communications, and store openings/closings within dining operations. This role requires collaboration with corporate teams such as Financial Planning, Human Resources, and IT, ensuring effective rollouts and communication between corporate and the field. Successful candidates will lead the implementation of new technologies, refine operational processes, and monitor KPIs. Key qualifications include extensive experience in dining management within a Fortune 500 environment, effective project management, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of dining/food and beverage management experience
- 5 years’ experience in a Fortune 500 food and beverage environment
- Minimum of 3 years of support center dining experience
- Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
- Prior experience in Store Operations business processes and systems
- Experience with S4/HANA including implementations
- Experience with database management and support
- Experience managing statistical & analytical reporting
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel Macros, PowerPoint, and Planner
- Excellent end-to-end project management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional corporate and field resources
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
- Organizational agility
- Able to deal with ambiguity
