Job Summary
Support Center Advisor responsible for assisting with IT-related issues, providing customer service to students/faculty/staff, troubleshooting to resolve issues on first contact when possible, creating detailed case records, printing IDs, issuing printer toners, and handling equipment loan processes. Role includes providing technical training to clients in person and over the phone, maintaining classroom equipment, following Support Center policies, and supporting various projects throughout the semester. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to take direction, and familiarity with Microsoft Office are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at Dominican University
- Must be able to be employed for at least the next two years
- Background screening is required
- Must be eligible for employment in the US
