Job Summary
Support CDL Driver based in Rochester, MN to fill in on open/unassigned routes for daily delivery operations. Responsibilities include covering routes, assisting drivers with loading/unloading and daily duties, delivering/picking up freight, inspecting vehicles, collecting payments as needed, verifying shipping papers, and communicating goals to management. Travel may be required; overtime is common (OT eligibility after 40 hours, potential weekend OT). Starting wage $24-$28 per hour, with pay scale based on experience. Must have or obtain a CDL Class A license (or complete company-paid CDL training), ability to operate a manual transmission, and a doubles/triples endorsement. 21+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license OR successfully complete Company paid CDL training program
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to pass a DOT physical
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement
