Job Summary
Support Broker/Case Manager in Washington, DC, on-site contract. Responsible for coordinating daily operation of Medicaid Waiver services, promoting personal growth and independence of participants, developing and maintaining relationships with staff and community resources, ensuring quality documentation and compliance, monitoring health and safety, providing staff training, advocating for participants, guiding budget and employer of record processes, coordinating services, and assisting with scheduling and staff management.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a DC resident
- Have current, appropriate licensure
- Have a Master degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing Gerontology or Sociology AND one (1) year experience with working with elderly population and people with disabilities; OR Bachelor degree AND two (2) years’ experience with the population(s); OR Registered Nurse (RN) or can have an Associate degree AND three (3) years’ experience with the population(s).
