Job Summary
Support Associate responsible for supporting a customer- and product-focused sales culture through sales operations functions including merchandise handling, stock processing, stockroom organization, and assistance with visual merchandising. Performs receiving-document entry, store transfers, Locate requests, pricing changes, and markdowns; assists with signage, floorsets, and cleanliness. Emphasizes MAPS customer service and a cohesive omni-channel experience; collaborates with team to solve problems and supports personal development. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule and stand for most of the shift.
