Job Summary
Support Associate responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture with store operations including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Executes receiving, item ticketing, store-to-store transfers, pricing changes, markdowns, and inventory replenishment; assists with visual directives, signage placement, and floor sets. Upholds MAPS customer service standards to provide a cohesive omni-channel experience. Requires strong communication and customer service skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role may be located at multiple brands and stores; retail environment emphasizes teamwork and visual merchandising collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work the majority of the shift standing
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
