Job Summary
Support Associate responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture with store operations duties including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Duties include processing merchandise, properly storing, ticketing and locating items for replenishment, ensuring new products are merchandised promptly, entering receiving documents, reconciling invoices, executing store-to-store transfers and locate requests, handling visual merchandising tasks such as floorsets and signage, assisting with pricing changes/markdowns, and supporting boutique cleanliness. Emphasizes MAPS customer service principles and an omni-channel experience, with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and flexibility across nights, weekends, and holidays.
