Job Summary
Support Associate responsible for a customer- and product-focused sales culture, handling merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization while delivering the MAPS-based personal service.Responsibilities include processing merchandise, receiving documents, reconciling invoices, performing store transfers and Locate requests, supporting pricing changes and markdowns, assisting with visual directives and signage, ensuring boutique cleanliness, and providing an omni-channel customer experience. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
- Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset
