Job Summary
Role involves supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Responsibilities include acting as greeter/runner/cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to ensure smooth product flow. You’ll work with an amazing team to deliver retail excellence, with duties that span customer service, stock maintenance, and store operations. Must have one to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail setting and open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform various physical tasks as needed.
