Job Summary
Support Associate at Stand Out For Good, Inc. will welcome guests, assess needs, recommend merchandise, and strive to meet personal and store sales goals. Responsibilities include upselling/cross-selling, collaborating with the team to maintain store standards, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring shelves are stocked and visually appealing, processing transactions via POS, assisting with inventory tasks, handling returns/exchanges per policy, and remaining flexible to business needs. Requires standing/walking for long periods, frequent bending and lifting up to 25 lbs, and availability to work nights and weekends in Wilmington, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Available to work nights & weekends
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willing to learn product knowledge and pricing
- Basic math and POS system experience preferred
