Job Summary
Anticipate guest needs, exceed service expectations, and build relationships to drive revenue and achieve individual sales goals. Complete opening and closing procedures, process register transactions accurately, and handle cash and change without error. Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment by assisting with merchandising, window displays, and inventory preparation. Adhere to loss prevention practices, report potential hazards, and remain flexible to business needs while reporting time worked accurately. Requires physical ability to stand, kneel, and lift 30 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
