Job Summary
Handle 24/7 customer, venue partner, and courier partner support via chat or phone, adapting your tone to each audience while finding solutions to exceed expectations. Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to communicate bugs and issues, and develop support strategies together. Manage multiple incoming interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency. Work shift-based across mornings, nights, and weekends to cover our seven-day operation. Fluency in Greek and English is required, along with regional expertise in food scenes and traffic patterns. Required Qualifications

- Experience in a customer-facing role or logistics role
- Fast learner
- Attentiveness to both small details and the bigger picture
- Multitasking ability
- Expertise in region's food scene, traffic patterns, and different areas of city
- Can-do attitude
- Fluency in Greek
- Ability to work in English
