Job Summary
Support customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone while ensuring delivery operations run smoothly. Collaborate with the support team and other internal groups to develop the support function. Work five days a week in shifts from 11 AM to midnight or 7 PM, with two flexible days off, directly from the office in Almaty. Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is required, along with the ability to attend mandatory onboarding between 13-22 o'clock.

- Ability to attend onboarding fully during the first 2 weeks (13-22 o'clock)
