Job Summary
Process inbound truck deliveries by efficiently unloading cartons, separating items by department, and hanging merchandise to ensure product readiness. Execute outbound activities including sensor tag application, RFID tasks, and product transfers to support inventory accuracy. Support facilities maintenance through lighting programs, recycling initiatives, work orders, and general housekeeping. Collaborate with merchandising teams on floor sets, promotional displays, price changes, and customer order fulfillment. Maintain daily operational standards by replenishing supplies, supporting store recovery, and ensuring cleanliness while acknowledging customers during peak traffic. Organize tools, supplies, and excess stock to promote efficiency. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
