Job Summary
Support Associate on Middesk’s Customer Experience team, responsible for helping customers maximize value from the Middesk product through expert product knowledge, autonomous issue resolution, onboarding calls, and ongoing support. Will leverage email, video conferencing, and phone to assist customers, contribute to internal and external documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally with EPD and GTM teams to improve processes and product experiences. Onsite in the New York City office five days per week during onboarding, with emphasis on in-person collaboration and building strong team connections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
