Job Summary
Oversee stockroom operations including cycle counts, replenishment, shipping, and receiving to maintain inventory accuracy and product flow. Manage client experience by handling charge sends, returns, and exchanges while adhering to packaging guidelines, and provide floor coverage to support sales specialists. Maintain facility standards through daily cleaning oversight, furniture repairs, and VM rotations, while executing stockroom maintenance and offsite activities like home installations. Collaborate with the Store Manager to prioritize daily tasks, manage operational budgets, and train staff on back-of-house procedures. Perform key holder opening and closing procedures and address helpdesk inquiries. Requires a valid US driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail operating systems including shipping, POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and ability to work well independently as well as within a team atmosphere
- Demonstrates a positive attitude that contributes to a positive team environment
- Team-oriented but also self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver effectively around the boutique floor, stock room, and offsite
- Ability to travel as needed to off-site storage locations within a 15-mile radius
- Willingness to have a positive partnership with the Corporate team as well as other store teams
- Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position
Desired Qualifications
- Years of experience in a retail store environment, including back-of-house support highly preferred
