Job Summary
Welcome every guest, determine their needs, assist with finding merchandise, and offer styling recommendations to achieve personal sales goals. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintain product knowledge, and ensure shelves are stocked and organized. Process transactions accurately, assist with inventory management, and handle returns and exchanges while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean store environment and report time worked as scheduled. Must be 18 years or older and available to work nights and weekends. This role contributes to the overall success of Stand Out For Good's retail business, supporting our mission of providing a sanctuary-like shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available to work nights & weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire workday
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to climb occasionally to frequently
- Must have sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners and other electronic equipment
- Must have sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks
- Must have sufficient ability to communicate with others to exchange information
- Must be able to process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
- Must be able to assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts
- Must be able to adhere to company policies, procedures and guidelines, including safety protocols
- Must be able to process returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Must be able to report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately, and remain flexible to the needs of the business
