Job Summary
Support Associate role focusing on helping customers and supporting a product-driven sales culture. Responsibilities include processing merchandise, stocking and replenishment, entering receiving documents, reconciling invoices, completing store-to-store transfers, setting up visual merchandising and signage, participating in pricing changes and markdowns, managing stockroom organization, and delivering MAPS-based customer service across omni-channel experiences. Seeks to support a fast-paced store environment with strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability to technology. Position is seasonal/temporary and may require flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Location is Cypress, TX at Houston Premium Outlets with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
