Job Summary
Process merchandise, ticket items for replenishment, and reorganize stock to maximize floor space. Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers. Manage visual directives, signage, and boutique cleanliness while modeling MAPS service principles. Alert management to cash supply needs and assist with pricing changes. This role supports a customer and product-focused sales culture at Chico's FAS, Inc. in Chico. Candidates must work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with constant standing and occasional lifting required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork
- Regular attendance is essential to this position
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
