Job Summary
Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer- and product-focused sales culture through sales operations tasks such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Responsibilities include processing merchandise, proper storage and ticketing, receiving documents reconciliation, store-to-store transfers, visual directives support (floorsets, signage, displays), assisting with pricing changes and markdowns, and ensuring boutique cleanliness. The role emphasizes MAPS customer service, omni-channel experience, teamwork, and adaptability to company technology. The position may be located at multiple brands; shift requires standing for most of the work and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
