Job Summary
Support Associate responsible for merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization to support a customer- and product-focused sales culture. Responsibilities include processing merchandise, ticketing, replenishment, store-to-store transfers, receiving documentation reconciliation, visual directives (floorsets, signage), and contributing to pricing changes and markdowns. Supports MAPS customer service principles and an omni-channel experience, collaborates with team, seeks feedback for growth, and performs other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service abilities, solid organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, comfort with technology, and the ability to stand for extended periods; must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position supports multiple brands and includes workload variation across locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
