Job Summary
Support Associate role supporting a customer- and product-focused sales culture across store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, stockroom organization, proper receiving document entry and reconciliations, store-to-store transfers, markdowns and pricing changes, visual directives and signage, boutique cleanliness, and delivering a cohesive omni-channel MAPS experience. Requires strong communication and customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to company technology, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Provides opportunities for learning and growth within the store teams across multiple brands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
- Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset
