Job Summary
The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Key responsibilities include processing merchandise, ensuring it is properly stored and easily located, entering receiving documents, and supporting visual merchandising. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years or older, and be available for a flexible work schedule.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines

- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
