Job Summary
Support Associate responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture. Performs sales operations duties including merchandise handling, stock processing, stockroom organization, and store-to-store transfers. Ensures items are properly stored, ticketed, merchandised and replenished; processes receiving documents and reconciles invoices. Supports visual merchandising tasks (floorsets, window changes, signage) and participates in pricing changes and markdowns. Delivers MAPS-aligned customer service and an omni-channel experience, promotes teamwork, and maintains boutique cleanliness. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand for most of shift, strong communication and multi-tasking abilities, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The role may be located in Cranberry Township, PA and is in-person with no remote work option indicated.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
- Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset
