Job Summary
Support Associate at Chico’s focused on assisting customers and executing sales- and stock-related tasks. Responsibilities include processing merchandise, stocking, transferring items, updating receiving documents, merchandising updates, pricing changes/markdowns, and maintaining clean stockroom and visual presentation. The role supports MAPS customer service standards and a cohesive omni-channel experience, collaborates with store team, and adapts to brand variations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+, able to stand for much of the shift, and able to use company technology. Position may be located in one of multiple brands and is an hourly, non-management retail role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
