Job Summary
Support Associate role focused on merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization to support a sales culture. Responsibilities include processing merchandise, proper tagging and storage, computer-entry of receiving documents, store-to-store transfers, visual merchandising support (floorsets, signage, displays), price changes, and assisting with boutique cleanliness. Customer experience priorities include modeling MAPS principles, delivering an omni-channel service experience, and teamwork. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and ability to stand for most shifts. This role supports multiple brands and may vary by brand, with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. The posted location is Grove City, PA (Grove City Premium Outlets).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
- Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset
