Job Summary
Support Associate responsible for merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization to support a customer- and product-focused sales culture. Responsibilities include processing merchandise, proper storage and ticketing, stock replenishment, store-to-store transfers, inventory reconciliation, pricing changes and markdowns, and assisting with visual displays and signage. Provides MAPS-based customer service, collaborates with team, communicates effectively, and maintains visual merchandising standards. Must be able to stand for long periods, work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to company technology.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
- Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
