Job Summary
Support Associate role focused on delivering a customer- and product-centric sales experience across store operations. Responsibilities include processing merchandise, proper stocking and ticketing, handling receiving documents and store transfers, maintaining stockroom organization, supporting visual directives and signage, participating in pricing changes and markdowns, ensuring availability of cash and inventory, and delivering the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) standard. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, effective communication with customers and team members, adaptability to technology, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may be found in multiple brands and involves collaboration to sustain an exceptional in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience or exposure to visual merchandising and product placement methods
