Job Summary
Support Associate at Chico's in Winter Garden, responsible for driving sales through product knowledge and customer engagement, delivering MAPS omni-channel service, processing transactions with policy awareness on payments, returns and exchanges, building a customer base through clienteling and wardrobing, maintaining visual standards and replenishment, assisting with floor sets and store operations, and supporting management to ensure a great customer experience and store profitability. Requires strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
