Job Summary
Provide first-line and on-site product support for Temenos software, including ticket analysis, updating clients and stakeholders through resolution, and delivering agreeable solutions. Responsibilities include understanding product details, validating ticket information, performing root-cause analysis, documenting defects with product analysis, guiding client IT teams, and contributing to knowledgebase through FAQs and HowTo guides. May require onsite analysis at client locations during Go Live, milestones, or upgrades. Strong programming exposure (Java/C/C++/Python) and experience in 24/7 support are essential, along with client-facing communication and the ability to collaborate with implementation/upgrades teams.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 5 years of Product Support experience with coding exposure (Java/C/C++/Python)
- Experience in client facing roles and acting as technical point of contact during software implementation/upgrades
- Experience working in 24/7 Support teams
