Job Summary
Support Analyst role focused on customer-facing support for Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) LOS, including acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues within agreed service levels; logging and managing tickets in the ticketing system; maintaining accurate issue documentation; adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance standards; and leveraging mortgage knowledge and prior support experience to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization are required.
