Job Summary
Support Analyst intern on the APAC Customer Support team at Carta, providing front-line support to customers via phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities include proactive follow-up, real-time client engagement via email/phone/Zoom, documenting interactions for trend analysis, mastering security/escalation practices, training clients based on gained knowledge, maintaining deep understanding of the Carta software platform across Private Markets and Valuations, assisting with product development through testing and bug reports, and sharing knowledge through mentorship and thorough documentation to contribute to team success. Ideal candidates are customer-obsessed, problem solvers who take ownership, remain poised in communications, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a client facing role, preferably a call-center or similar environment
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
