Support Analyst - Finance (Syteline/Cloudsuite Industrial)

Job Summary
Infor CloudSuite Industrial Finance Support Consultant role providing functional support, troubleshooting incidents, optimizing business processes, and ensuring stability and performance of Infor CSI/Syteline environments for customers. Acts as primary point of contact for customers, handling incidents, service requests, and system defects; monitors system performance; collaborates with business users; assists with enhancements, upgrades, and patch management; coordinates with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and bug fixes. Requires 3-5+ years with Infor SyteLine/CSI Finance, strong finance background in manufacturing; CSI Finance modules expertise; SQL/reporting tools; ERP best practices; expertise in General Ledger, A/P/AR, Cost Accounting, Job Costing, and Financial Reporting; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills; experience with discrete manufacturing, custom manufacturing, and project-based accounting; ITSM ticket system experience. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field
- 3-5+ years with Infor SyteLine/CSI Finance
- strong finance background with manufacturing experience
- Deep knowledge of CSI Finance modules, SQL/reporting tools, and ERP best practices
- Experience with General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Cost Accounting, Job Costing, and Financial Reporting
- Soft skills: analytical, problem-solving, communication, client-facing
- Experience with discrete manufacturing, custom manufacturing, project-based accounting
- Experience in ITSM ticket systems
