Support Advisor - Clarity Financial Planning Group - Boise, Idaho

Conduct data gathering, modeling, and case design to prepare draft financial plans and presentation materials for client meetings. Enter client information into Salesforce and financial planning software, including MoneyGuide Pro and Morningstar, while updating documentation and resolving client inquiries. Finalize and track account paperwork, process trade orders, and complete service forms and new business applications. Maintain customer suitability information and represent the organization with external clients under the supervision of a Lead Advisor. This strictly support/operations role requires no decision-making authority on client matters and focuses on processing requests and maintaining existing relationships.
