Job Summary
Support Account Manager at Saviynt will serve as a trusted advisor and primary technical contact for key accounts, helping customers resolve issues, manage cases/escalations, and optimize their support experience. Responsibilities include issuing health and performance reports, planning upgrades, coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve customer issues, onboarding new customers, monitoring support metrics, and driving proactive engagement to maximize customer satisfaction and adoption of Saviynt’s AI-powered identity platform. Required skills include strong communication, problem-solving, time management, customer-centric mindset, analytical abilities, adaptability, and teamwork, with a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or 8+ years of related experience; relevant IAM certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or 8+ years of experience in a related field (or equivalent work experience). Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or IAM-related certifications) are a plus.
