Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of B2B customer-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency in NetApp products and/or enterprise IT
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic technical relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Expertise in data analysis and providing actionable technical insights
  • Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce and Gainsight a plus
