SupplySight Field Service Representative - Knoxville, TN

Field-based SupplySight Field Service Representative responsible for maximizing customer inventory availability at client facilities, spending 80% of time in the field, and delivering exceptional service. Builds relationships with key customer personnel, supports product additions/updates, and communicates to improve the program. Understands major product groupings to service, stock, and present product solutions at customer sites. Maintains organized inventory per policies, ensures proper labeling, storage, handling, and packaging (including temperature-sensitive materials). Collaborates with inside operations and the assigned outside sales representative to ensure high levels of customer support, uses company vehicles to resupply on-site inventory programs, services and maintains equipment at customer sites, and assists with preparing orders for delivery. Requires strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Education: minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related field highly preferred. Valid driver’s license required. 1-year B2B sales/merchandising/operations experience desired. Proficient in Excel and data analysis; comfortable with ERP and web-based platforms. This is a full-time role with benefits; compensation base range $24.00-$26.00 per hour, DOE, plus bonus eligibility.
