Job Summary
Conduct barcode scanning, inventory tracking, and replenishment of stock to authorized levels while performing routine counts to identify and resolve discrepancies. Monitor product expiration dates, support recall processes, and implement proper stock rotation practices. Provide delivery support by transporting supplies and performing specialty cart checks and restocking as required. Accurately document inventory transactions in Government-approved systems such as VISTA/GIP and maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas. Deliver responsive customer service to Government personnel and adhere to all OSHA, HAZMAT, and site-specific safety protocols. Work part-time hours from 7am to 11am Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Proficiency and fluency in the English language (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with inventory management systems/software and workflows.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and comply with Government procedures and PWS requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push up to 100 lbs. using carts or similar conveyance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, as applicable.
- Must comply with all safety and HAZMAT handling requirements.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required Government system access and training.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet contract-specific requirements, as applicable.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal or healthcare logistics environments.
- Familiarity with Government inventory systems such as VISTA/GIP.
- Experience with barcode scanning technology and automated inventory systems.
