Job Summary

Lead a localized supply team at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, ensuring seamless handling of critical high-value components and specialized equipment. Assign daily workloads, monitor task backlogs, and instruct staff on specialized warehouse procedures while performing final reviews on data entries and inventory ledgers. Conduct exhaustive database searches to resolve inventory discrepancies, train members on legacy and modern inventory systems, and reconstruct complex supply transactions to maintain data integrity. Process high-priority requisitions, track material shortages, and coordinate issuance of unique line items. Interface with weapon test divisions and vendors to advise on supply procedures, maintain 100% accountability of incoming materials, and compile operational readouts for the Logistics Division Head.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management
  • Deep practical knowledge of Department of the Navy logistics infrastructure, tracking codes, and federal supply classifications
  • Proven capability to direct personnel, evaluate workflow pipelines, resolve operational bottleneck friction, and maintain team discipline
  • Competency utilizing military database architectures to track high-value parts, audit material chains of custody, and adjust stocking criteria
  • 1–2 years of experience in a formal leadership, supervisory, or team-lead capacity
  • Navy database systems, inventory reconciliation modules, and data analysis software
  • Have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Government Representative, and outside contacts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically
  • Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
  • US Citizenship
