Job Summary
Conduct configuration management and supply support for submarine classes, including Virginia Class program office data calls. Research stock posture, availability, and obsolescence status to update the IUID registry and create Excel spreadsheets for requisition tracking. Gather reference material to incorporate into program documents and record meeting minutes with real-time action item tracking. Produce consolidated reports and PowerPoint graphics for briefs while maintaining accurate online desk guides. Requires a Secret Clearance, U.S. citizenship, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Apps.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- Attention to Detail
- sense of urgency
- Ability to create, update, and track tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power Apps (like Power BI)
- Ability to take Word documents, tables, and charts, and create/maintain Online desk guides
- Quickly create PowerPoint graphics
- Ability to quickly spot spelling and grammatical mistakes
- Type meeting notes real time, sending out accurate notes in short order
- Ability to explain complex technical information in common, simple language
