Supply System Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze transactions/data to identify problem areas and assess feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions; communicate impact of changes to system/regulations; coordinate with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems; research potential functional problem areas; serve as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) POC and focal point for Government communications; identify workload trends and potential issues; perform WMS transaction code inquiries and research; use WMS and other Government Data Systems; ensure accurate and timely reporting; support inventory reconciliation and operational reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree in a relevant field; Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience using WMS or equivalent Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years
- Familiar with inventory accountability and warehouse operations
- Valid driver’s license
- U.S citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access
- Pre-employment substance abuse testing as part of program
