Job Summary
Supply Support Lead overseeing inventory management, supply support and distribution across SDACSPO capabilities, ensuring governance and compliance with CASG policies and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include leadership of supply support processes, cataloguing and codification activities, ERP/LIMS data governance, risk management, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders to optimise warehousing, stock management and provisioning. Desirable experience includes FRAR/RPL review, PIOS management, and experience with ERP systems such as Maximo and Windchill. The role involves leading material supply, stocktakes, disposal and distribution, and contributing to capability transition into sustainment, with a focus on governance, data accuracy and configuration management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing or supporting inventory management, supply support and distribution activities
- Experience providing governance and oversight of supply support functions
- Experience working with contractors and stakeholders to achieve supply support outcomes
- Experience with warehousing, stock management, disposal and distribution processes
- Experience reviewing and managing supply support documentation and reporting
- Experience with configuration management and maintenance of supply support baselines
- Experience supporting codification and cataloguing activities
- Experience working with ERP and logistics management systems
- Ability to identify, analyse and manage supply support risks and issues
- Experience supporting procurement and sustainment activities
